By downloading, installing, or using the Ravan mobile application ("Service") operated by Lectitan Limited ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

Description of Service

Ravan is a fitness diary application that allows you to log workouts, track progress, capture photos and videos, and receive AI-powered insights about your fitness journey. The Service is provided "as is" and is intended for personal, non-commercial use.

User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create and upload to Ravan, including journal entries, photos, videos, and other materials ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to:

• Store and back up your User Content
• Display your User Content to you within the app
• Process your User Content to provide app features (such as AI insights)

We will not share your User Content with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy or with your explicit consent.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Upload harmful, abusive, or objectionable content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Share your account credentials with others

Health and Medical Disclaimer

Ravan is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition. The Service is designed for general fitness tracking and journaling purposes only.

The AI-powered insights and suggestions provided by Ravan are for informational purposes only and should not be considered medical advice. Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider before starting any fitness program or making changes to your health routine.

You use the Service and follow any suggestions at your own risk. We are not responsible for any injuries, health issues, or other consequences that may result from your use of the Service.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, code, graphics, and content (excluding User Content), is owned by Lectitan Limited and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our written permission.

Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third-party services such as Apple Health and Google Fit. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services.

Subscription and Payments

Certain features of the Service may require a paid subscription. Subscription terms, pricing, and billing will be presented to you before purchase. Subscriptions are billed through the App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective terms.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's app store settings. Refunds are subject to the policies of the App Store or Google Play Store.
